About

When you work with me, you are accepted and listened to carefully and perceptively. My therapeutic approach helps you feel centered and much more grounded.

Initially, I work hard on getting to know you and the issues that have brought you to see me. Then I adapt my style to meet your needs and strive to treat you with a balance of gentleness and active encouragement. We engage in an active dialogue that will be equal parts expression, keen listening, and humor.

Sometimes I might push you just a little! I believe that “nothing changes if nothing changes,” so I help my clients gain the willingness and strength to do things that are initially scary but ultimately very rewarding.

After we are a few months into your work with me, you will be able to see the seeds of hope we plant together begin to grow and blossom in your life.

When you lack hope, I am here to hope for you until you can see it become a reality.

About Natalie Feinblatt

I’m an LA native who went to UCSD to get my BA in Psychology and then came back home to get my Master’s and Doctorate in Psychology from Pepperdine University. I’ve been helping people using psychotherapy for over 15 years… and I want nothing more than to continue to do so!

I know what it’s like to have to reach out for help and how the transformation process can be both grueling and exhilarating. I am a huge movie fan, and my husband and I have a menagerie of rescue animals that we hope to never stop increasing.
